ADVERTISING TERMS: Reservations for advertising space must be by completed agreement form and deposit of USD 150. Full payment must be received at or before submission of artwork. The text in the ads must be in English or/and Chinese simplified language. By submitting the agreement form, advertiser and/or agency agrees to abide by all terms and conditions including but not limited to; furnish advertisements before ad submission deadline; meet payment terms and schedules; and hold publisher harmless from any and all liability. All advertisements are subject to approval. The publisher reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit, or exclude any advertisement for any reason. PAYMENT TERMS & CHARGES: Deposit of USD 150 must be made in order to reserve advertising space. The balance must be paid at or before artwork submission. For security reasons we recommend cheque payments. Additional fees may apply if graphics or artwork assistance is required - refer to "Incomplete artwork". AGREEMENT RESPONSIBILITY: Advertisers assume full responsibility to upload ad files. Publisher will not be held responsible for errors. Publisher is not responsible for any claims made in advertisements, and assumes that all photos and endorsements have been covered by written consent. AGREEMENT CANCELLATIONS: Agreement may be canceled by the advertiser in writing within 15 days from ad space reservation. The initial deposit is not refundable. All work done by us prior to agreement cancellation is to be paid in full. The publisher reserves the right to hold the advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for payment due. DISCOUNTS: All 2 year contracts receive 15% discount from the regular 1 year price. Ads must be created with the exact dimensions as listed below. Minimum bleed for full page ads as noted. Publisher reserves the right to alter any ads that do not conform to these specifications.
