ADVERTISING TERMS: Reservations for advertising space must be by completed contract form, received before 30 June 2008 which is final submission deadline for all artwork and text. By submitting the contract form, advertiser and/or agency agrees to abide by all terms and conditions including but not limited to; furnish advertisements within the final submission deadline; meet payment schedules and terms; and hold publisher harmless from any and all liability. All advertisements are subject to approval. The publisher reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit, or exclude any advertisement for any reason at any time.

PAYMENT TERMS & CHARGES: Full payment in U.S. dollars must be received along with Advertising Contract form submission. We accept electronic payments, Credit card payments and Bank transfers. Additional fees may apply if graphics or art work assistance is required - refer to “Incomplete artwork”.

CONTRACT RESPONSIBILITY: Advertisers assume full responsibility to upload or email copy changes to publisher if any before final submission deadline. If new copy has not been received for a 2 year contracts by the deadline for the subsequent year edition, the advertiser's previous ad will be repeated. Space Master Interiors will not be held responsible for errors. Publisher is not responsible for any claims made in advertisements, and assumes that all photos and endorsements have been covered by written consent.

CONTRACT CANCELLATIONS: A contract may be canceled by the advertiser in writing 10 days prior to the submission deadline. All work done by Space Master Interiors prior to contract cancellation is to be paid in full. The publisher reserves the right to hold the advertiser and/or its advertising agency jointly and severally liable for payment due.

ADVERTISING RATES: All ads must be created with the exact dimensions listed below. Space Master Interiors reserves the right to alter any ads that do not conform to these specifications.

DISCOUNTS: All 2 year contracts receive 15% discount from the regular 1 year price. Advertising agencies will receive special volume discounts.

Files may be packed and compressed in a ZIP file (preferable).
Proofs must accompany all ads; color proofs must accompany all 4-color ads. Printed tear sheets are not acceptable for this purpose. A laser or high resolution printout of all black and white ads is required.

INCOMPLETE ARTWORK: Ad graphics production level assistance is available for additional fee at rate $125/hour (minimum charge of 1 hour). This rate applies for any costs that result from adjusting and fine tuning submitted materials to spec.
